Following the issue of these shares the enlargedissued share capital of Glencar is 301,901,764 ordinary shares. Thenew ordinary shares will rank pari-passu in all respects with theexisting ordinary shares.Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange and to theIrish Stock Exchange for the 158,600 ordinary shares referred toabove to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London StockExchange ("AIM") and on the Irish Enterprise Exchange of the IrishStock Exchange ("IEX").
