(firmenpresse) - For everyone who loves kilometres of perfectly prepared slopes and relaxed rhythms, the holiday region of Zell am See-Kaprun offers a very special treat: the ultimate symbiosis of soul music and unique natural environment promises snowlovers a weekend to relax, unwind, and recharge their batteries. What about swishing down the slopes of Schmittenhöhe first and then listening to exclusive tracks of the most celebrated wizards of the turntables of Austria? You name it! From 12th to 14th December many DJs are coming to the region to perform at the local bars and Alpine huts.
'Soulrider' is the fitting name of the weekend which revolves around relaxed sounds and fun in the snow. Especially for this event, the radio station Superfly.fm from the Austrian capital has compiled an amazing programme including vinyl music as well as the latest fashion and wintersports trends. The starting gun is fired in the elegant ambience of the Ferry Porsche Congress Center on Friday. The Superfly radio orchestra will get everyone in the right party mood for the weekend with a selection of true classics of soul music - the perfect occasion to warm up and shake a leg. But you want to make an impression on others not only on the dance floor but on the pistes as well, don't you? Just drop in at the fashion show of the popular label Besson to inform yourself about the latest trends of this winter season. In the evening the Superfly DJ Collective will take over the turntables and make sure you spend the time of your life until the early hours of the morning.
On Saturday a network of music events will cover the slopes of Schmittenhöhe. You can look forward to finest snow and grooving beats from noon on. Whether you stop for refreshment at an Alpine hut after an exciting skiing tour or during a leisurely walk - until sunset you can enjoy feel-good music at many venues. And music always comes accompanied by fashion during this weekend. At the 'Besson Ski & Gear Test' you can test the fashionable garments from the catwalk at the FPCC yourself. And for dare-devil sports enthusiasts there is the WISBI race course. No, no speed limits! At nightfall, the mountains will be enveloped in a coat of wintry silence once again. Down in the valley, however, the party goes on. At the bars of Zell am See, DJs will be at the turntabels as long as their guests feel like dancing.
If you want to book your weekend right away and without further ado, you can choose one of the package deals: they include a ski pass, your overnight stay, test material, a welcome drink, a location map and the entrance to all the events. Prices start from 129 euros. Go ahead and enjoy powder snow and first-class music to the full!
