Digicel Limited Announces Private Placement of Senior Notes
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - KINGSTON, JAMAICA--(Marketwire - June 30, 2009) - Digicel Limitedtoday announced its intention to launch a private placement of US$160million of senior notes due 2014. Digicel Limited is a Bermudaincorporated company owned by Mr. Denis O'Brien.The use of proceeds of this offering will be for general corporatepurposes, including debt service and acquisitions, allowing thecompany to increase its overall liquidity position.
