(Thomson Reuters ONE) - AIM RELEASE30 June 2009 ("Discovery Metals" or "Company") AIM application / Share OptionsFurther to the Company's announcement of 24 April 2009 regarding anagreement to place equity and the receipt of shareholder approval tothe issue at the General Meeting held 25 June 2009, Discovery Metalshas today made application for the admission of 22,222,222 newordinary shares to trading on the AIM market, with dealings expectedto commence on 6 July 2009.In addition, the Company will also issue share options over:(a) 20,795,044 new ordinary shares of the Company, to be granted toinvestors participating in the placing announced on 14 April and 24April 2009, exercisable immediately at 30 cents each and expiring 25May 2010; and(b) 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of the Company, to be granted tothe Managing Director, Stuart Bradley Sampson, exercisableimmediately at 35 cents each and expiring 1 November 2013.Shareholder approval to the issue of these options was obtained atthe General Meeting on 25 June 2009.The Company will, pursuant to its Employee Options Plan, issue shareoptions to various employees over:(a) 100,000 new ordinary shares of the Company, exercisableimmediately at 37.5 cents each and expiring 1 November 2013;(b) 1,250,000 new ordinary shares of the Company, exercisableimmediately at 37.5 cents each and expiring 1 November 2013.Following the above issue, the Company will have 194,078,380 votingshares in issue.NOTE: For further information contactBradSampsonManaging DirectorTel: +617 3218 0200Mobile: 0438 771 037Email: brad(at)discoverymetals.com.auFairfax I.S.
