Digicel Limited Prices US$250 Million Placement of Senior Notes
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - KINGSTON, JAMAICA--(Marketwire - June 30, 2009) - Digicel Limited,today announced it has priced the placement of US$250 million of 12%senior notes due 2014.
