Cryptzone increases share capital with 25 million SEK
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Gothenburg, July 2nd, 2009 - Through preferential and direct shareissuing, 26.1 million SEK (3,3 million US dollars) was subscribedthroughout the month of June. In accordance with the decision fromthe shareholders meeting the company will be provided with 25.0million SEK before costs related to raising the capital.In addition to current and new shareholders who subscribed for atotal of 12.8 million SEK, a Swedish investor consortium contributedan additional 13.3 million. After a full dilution, the consortiumwill hold 49% of the capital and 37% of the voting power in thecompany.
