Callable Convertible Bond Issue II 2006/2009, $10million USD principal amount, ISIN NO 001 034615.8 - 10 per centArtumas Group Inc. Callable Convertible Bond Issue III 2006/2010, $35million USD principal amount and ISIN NO 001 039816.7 - 6 per centArtumas Group Inc. Senior Unsecured Convertible Bond Issue 2007/2012,$70 million USD principal amount. The conversion price has been setto NOK 0.25 per share following an amendment to the conversion pricefor the bonds as set out in the loan agreements.It is hereby confirmed that (1) the 3,018,762,988 new common shareshave been validly issued in accordance with applicable law as fullypaid and non-assessable common shares of Artumas Group Inc. and havebeen registered with VPS, and (2) the number of Artumas Group Inc.common shares issued and outstanding is 3,054,579,975.
