Situated on the first floor of a typically Viennese 1930 residential building which was carefully restored displaying Vienna’s characteristic Buergerstil architecture, this apartment brings together today’s design and yesterday’s flair in a unique and tasteful manner.

Following extensive refurbishment, the Styleapartment Vienna now features a spacious entrance hall (approx. 7 m2), a living room with separate sleeping area and sofa lounge (approx. 21 m2), a designer bathroom (approx. 4 m2) and a fully equipped premium kitchen complete with generous dining area (approx. 8 m2). Enjoy the many luxury features available throughout the property, ranging from air conditioning to a stylish designer bathroom, Internet and iPod connections.

Welcome to the City
Situated between the Gothic monument of St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the city’s stunning Renaissance municipal park, the Styleapartment Vienna provides the ideal starting point for a tour of the old town that will reveal a wealth of cultural riches. Many famous sites such as the Hofburg, the Concert Hall and the Opera House are only a short walk away. Up for some shopping? Vienna’s main shopping boulevards are just around the corner, inviting you to take a stroll and explore the wide variety of shops. You’ll find a list of shopping tips and suggestions for eating out on your arrival at the Styleapartment Vienna, specially put together for you by the landlady. Other popular destinations such as Schoenbrunn Palace, the Prater fairground with its Giant Ferris Wheel, various business centres, UNO City and the Vienna Exhibition Centre can be easily reached by public transport (underground trains and tram). The City Airport Train (CAT) will take you from Vienna’s Station “Mitte” to Vienna International Airport (VIC) in just 16 minutes. Please do not hesitate to ask the landlady for more detailed information and insider tips. She speaks English, German and Italian fluently and will be more than happy to help.

The Styleapartment Vienna is fitted with modern furniture and state-of-the-art equipment that are both stylish and functional. Every wish is catered for with a love of details, right down to items such as books, CDs and DVDs along with ample crockery, sharp cook’s knives and other daily necessities. In short: anything you need to make you really feel at home.

Interior & Facilities in detail: Entrance hall with wardrobe and coat rack, Double bed (180 x 200 cm), sofa, air condition, flatscreen TV, cable-TV, DVD-, CD-player, highspeed internet, fully equipped premium kitchen with stainless steel applicances, Electric kitchen stove with oven refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee and espresso machine (Nespresso), tablewear, designer bathroom with real glass shower, washdryer.
The Styleapartment Vienna is available for booking throughout the year for 1-4 persons (minimum stay: 3 nights). Monthly payment available (please ask for details). Prices include electricity, heating, warm water. Linen and table cloths, towels and dish towels are provided. A 20% advance payment of the total rent is charged at the time of the reservation. VISA and MC are accepted.
