The Management and Team Consultant Corporation (MTB AG) presents Virtual Coaching at the Didacta 200
Dr. Thomas Steinert, director and chairman of the Management and Team Consultant Corporation, presented on February 13th 2009 in company with Prof. Dr. Harald Geissler the concept of Virtual Coaching on the Didacta.
(firmenpresse) - The central idea of the presentation was that the efficiency of traditional behavioural training is very low. Only 10-20% of what was factually learned in the training will actually be used at the workplace. Because of this the MTC Corp. uses Virtual Transfercoaching (VTC) in order to supervise the clients via a web based telephone coaching for 10 weeks after the training has finished.
But with the Virtual Leadership Coaching one gained good experiences, too. The Virtual Leadership Coaching is an internet application where executives are instructed to concentrate on three own activities at the most that have the biggest leverage effect for their success, but also for their failure. This tool is used in the context of telephone coaching, too. – In the light of the high potential for the future the MTC Corp. aims at stabilizing and developing their leading position.
Therefore Dr. Thomas Steinert concluded his presentation with an invitation for all trainers to become partner of the MTC and to partake in the success of Virtual Coaching.
