itelligence AG certified in Run SAP® methodology
(firmenpresse) - By achieving certification to implement end-to-end solution operation standards, itelligence AG provides its customers with more efficiency and reduced downtime at lower costs
Bielefeld (Germany). January 27, 2009 – itelligence, an SAP® services partner, today announced it has been certified by SAP AG as a provider of solution implementation based on the Run SAP methodology. itelligence is among the first SAP partners to be certified in the Run SAP methodology and will incorporate the methodology into its implementation standards.
“By integrating the Run SAP methodology into our own standards, we can now go one step further than simply implementing solutions in line with our customers’ demands,” said Markus Kellermeyer, head of Technology at itelligence AG. “By means of the SAP standards for solution operations, we can now offer our customers a proven methodology that allows them to make optimum use of their SAP applications at reduced cost. The impact is visible – if the Run SAP methodology is used systematically, the user can save up to 20 percent in administration and support costs, in addition to having a higher quality of service.”
The Run SAP methodology is a tried and tested methodology that focuses on application management, business process operations, and the administration of SAP applications. It provides SAP best practices for process flows, content, services, training and tools for the successful implementation of end-to-end solution operations. The Run SAP methodology supports the entire product lifecycle from design to creation through to work processes and optimization of the SAP solution that has been implemented. In addition, the methodology describes how end-to-end solution operations can be implemented for different SAP solution-based business processes.
