Opening of the SUNWORX branch „SUNORX-TEN BRINK HELLAS E.P.E“ in Greece
The franconian photovoltaic distributor SUNWORX GmbH has opened a subsidiary in Greece. Under the name of SUNWORX-TEN BRINK HELLAS E.P.E, the Lauf a.d.P. based SUNWORX GmbH and Skydra, Greece based TEN BRINK E.P.E have established their Joint Venture on October 15th, 2008. From this day on Managing Director Holger C. Donhauser is in charge of building up a distribution and project network.
(firmenpresse) - The franconian photovoltaic distributor SUNWORX GmbH has opened a subsidiary in Greece. Under the name of SUNWORX-TEN BRINK HELLAS E.P.E, the Lauf a.d.P. based SUNWORX GmbH and Skydra, Greece based TEN BRINK E.P.E have established their Joint Venture on October 15th, 2008. From this day on Managing Director Holger C. Donhauser is in charge of building up a distribution and project network.
With this undertaking SUNWORX GmbH has done another step in its international growth strategy and is now covering the promising south european markets with its subsidiaries in Italy and Greece.
TEN BRINK is a renowned enterprise within its worldwide clients for custom made production lines for the fruits and vegetable market. For over 30 years and with almost 40 employees in Greece, TEN BRINK is a leader in its home market.
Retail- and Wholesale, project development, installation and investments in photovoltaic products and plants are the main activities of SUNWORX - TEN BRINK. In the near future individual mounting systems are planned to be developed and produced on site.
In all its activities SUNWORX TEN BRINK Hellas takes advantage of the strong presence and the know-how of the partner, as well as from SUNWORX, renown widely in the PV Market.
Following the SUNWORX philosophy, only top quality products “Made in Germany” are distributed and installed. Experienced and trained mechanics, as well a partner network, consisting of financial experts, german/greek lawyers and consultants lay a base for a successful market entry and the development of further business opportunities.
“The expansion to Greece will provide an important share to our goal of reaching a 50% of total turnover in international markets by 2010” says Managing Director Willi Wohlfart from SUNWORX GmbH. “With Holger C. Donhauser we have been able to sign an excellent finance and market specialist for renewable energy. With him we will be able to become one of the leading photovoltaic providers in the Greek market.
The owner of spanish and german Business degrees Holger C. Donhauser is looking forward to his new challenge: “In the next weeks I will be getting familiar with Sunworx internal processes and from december on, I will focus completely on the development of our activities in Greece. The potential there is enormous and our partner’s presence there is easing the start a lot”.
