Innovative Congress Search Engines for the Pharmaceutical and Dental Industry
The worldwide largest databases for continuing medical education (CME) www.medical-congresses.com and www.dental-kongresse.de are meanwhile established resources for physicians and dentists. What only the fewest knew up to now: Pharmaceutical companies can integrate the search engines into their own WEBSites and thus, provide users a detalied and perfect service which simultaneously ensures traffic and customer loyalty.

The worldwide largest databases for continuing medical education (CME) www.medical-congresses.com and www.dental-kongresse.de are meanwhile established resources for physicians and dentists. What only the fewest knew up to now: Pharmaceutical companies can integrate the search engines into their own WEBSites and thus, provide users a detalied and perfect service which simultaneously ensures traffic and customer loyalty.
Already today, 20 companies utilise the congress search engine as an active marketing instrument with a daily updated rate and range of details. Over 80 medical fields and indications are selectable and detailed event and organiser information can be provided.
The benefits are obvious: On the one hand, companies offer their target groups, namely physicians, dentists and chemists an important service. On the other hand the implementation of the database promotes an outstanding Internet presence in the most common search engines such as Google. The databases can be integrated into the design of all Internet sites and own events can be highlighted. Thus, the user assumes to be using a personal service directly of the according company.
“Our large plus is the individiuality. There is no other medium which is capable to access so much up-to-date information and combine them together in the way our search engine does“, explains Matthias Haack, CEO of the WEFRA, the database provider. “We regard ourselves as an innovative information service provider. It is our goal to integrate the search engine as a standard service on the Internet sites of all online affine pharmaceutical and dental companies. From hotel booking over city maps up to links to technical literature, the possibilities are unlimited“, Haack continues.
A further tool is the subscription service. Here, physicians, chemists and dentists can create their own personal profile and are regularly informed about according events by email, saving time and money.
The search engines www.medical-congresses.com and www.dental-kongresse.de have been continuously developed over the past years. Meanwhile, they consist of over 80.000 continuing medical education events of all fields worldwide, the largest amount being certified seminars and courses.
