The Company has decided not to give its consent to the creditors'
resolutions proposed by a creditor that were the subject of a first
creditors' meeting on December 6th, 2012. The quorum had not been met at
the said creditors' meeting.
For this reason, the chairperson of the first creditors' meeting will not
call a second creditors' meeting with respect to the subject matter of the
aforementioned resolutions. The Company has declined the respective request
of a creditor from December 21th, 2012 seeking such second creditors'
meeting.
