363 New Companies Adopt Corporate Solutions' Leading IR, PR and Governance
Services in Q1 2012

NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions announced today that in the first quarter of
2012, 363 new clients were driving their IR, PR and governance efforts with
NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions' leading suite of services.
Currently, 240 of the Fortune 500 companies, 50% of the Dow 30, 83% of
NASDAQ-100 companies and 514 NYSE-listed companies use at least one NASDAQ OMX

Solutions grew its overall business by 11%, including a 36% increase in the
