(PresseBox) - Matrox Imaging announced a major update to its core vision software product, Matrox Imaging Library MIL. MIL 10 Processing Pack 2 for Windows will give users a variety of new tools to simplify and accelerate application development including Matrox SureDotOCR, a unique dot-matrix OCR reader, and a reliable ellipse finder. Additional enhancements include 3D cross-section extraction and analysis using the existing metrology tool and a barcode reader that works in more instances without adjusting default settings.
Matrox Imaging continually empowers machine vision programmers with new tools to reduce the development time and effort required to bring solutions to market. MIL 10 Processing Pack 2 brings eagerly anticipated functionality to meet ever-expanding industry needs.
Availability
MIL 10 Processing Pack 2 will be available in Early Access (EA) form by the end of Q2/2016 to users with valid maintenance subscriptions through the software?s self- update service. The official release will be available in Q3/2016. It will also be available for evaluation.
