HANSA GROUP AG presents strategic corporate concept at Investor conference in Düsseldorf

(businesspress24.com) - On the occasion of an investor Conference initiated by Investment Bankers Lang & Schwarz, Hansa Group AG has the opportunity to present its new strategic corporate concept which will be supportive to expand the current business fields. The center of interest will be the new strategic business unit “alternative energies”. Hansa Group AG is currently scheduling the construction of a Biodiesel-Manufacturing site in Duisburg.

Hansa Group AG intends to enhanced use fiscal year 2007 to present itself as innovative and expansive enterprise with clearly defined objectives to institutional and private investors.

Medium term objective of Hansa Group AG ist to boost revenues to 500 Mil Euro and a listing on SDAX - ( a german stock exchange trading platform for small cap companies).
The objective for boosted revenues shall be accomplished by organic growth based on capital investments but also through numerous sales cooperations.

Hansa Group AG is a medium sized company, doing businesses in production, trade and services in chemical products. The company employing about 100 people generated at different locations revenues of 120 Mil Euro in 2006e. Since May 2005 the company is listed under WKN 760860 at the General Standard of the German Stock Exchange.
