Target Partners further expands team

(businesspress24) - Munich, July 2nd, 2009: Munich-based venture capital firm Target Partners today announced the addition of Felix Schollmeier as an Associate to its team. Schollmeier will focus on due diligence, business plan analysis and the prioritization of potential investments.
The 28-year old recently completed his two-year M.B.A degree at the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He also has a B.S. in Computer Science from the International University in Bruchsal, Germany.
Taking the position with Target Partners was a logical follow-on to Schollmeier’s previous experience with a venture capital-financed startup. “What really drew me to Target Partners was the entrepreneurial experience of the team, the extensive network of the partners and the close relationship they maintain with their portfolio companies,” says Schollmeier.

Between 2006 and 2007, Schollmeier worked as Marketing Manager for Saarbrucken, Germany-based startup Xtramind Technologies GmbH. Prior to that he worked for two years as a computer programmer for SAP in Germany and France, as well as for Deutsche Börse Systems AG and the European Central Bank.
“Felix Schollmeier brings start-up experience in development and marketing to the table, as well as corporate experience. This will be very valuable in the evaluation of potential investments and in supporting our portfolio companies,” said Olaf Jacobi, Partner at Target Partners, about the choice of Schollmeier.
