FirstGrowth Retains PR Global Concepts to Expand IR Presence in Europe

Vancouver, BC – November 19, 2007 - FirstGrowth Exploration & Development Services Corp. (TSX VENTURE: FGC) (FRANKFURT: G8Q) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to appoint PR Global Concepts Inc. ("PR Global") to act as an investor relations representative for a period of eighteen months effective November 1, 2007.

Through these activities, PR Global increases awareness of foreign small cap companies among European financial institutions. To generate this awareness, they use state of the art communication tools and proven strategies. PR Global considers itself an intermediary between early stage companies and potential investors and is capable of "building bridges" to help client companies establish new sales markets and business relationships utilizing PR Global Concept's international network of partners collaborating to achieve the objectives defined by its client companies. PR Global does not engage in market making activities and will restrict its services to public relations and investor relations counseling.

PR Global will receive an initial set-up fee of $8,000 plus GST to cover writing and translation services, monthly consulting fees of $5,000 plus GST and will be granted an incentive stock option to purchase 200,000 shares of the Company at a price of $1.10 exercisable in equal vesting periods over eighteen months beginning six months from the date of agreement. This option is in accordance with the TSX Venture Exchange Policy. All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars.

The term of the contract is for a period of eighteen months, may be terminated by either party by 30 day written notice, and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

PR Global is owned by Mr. Bruno Steinhauser, who directly owns 80,000 shares in the Company. These shares were purchased on the open market.
